According to reports, Chelsea is stepping up its efforts to sign Victor Osimhen by settling the player’s contract terms through negotiations with his representatives.

The Super Eagles striker’s contract was extended with Serie A champion Napoli until June 2026, and he is now making a huge salary of about nine million euros a year there.

It is believed that Chelsea will be able to start talks with the striker’s present club as soon as his personal issues are settled.
